Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 released two weeks ago. The film received a set of mixed reactions from the audience. However, it is doing really well on the box office. Hrithik's performance in the film is being highly appreciated. The film also features Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Srivastava and Nandish Sandhu. It is based on the life of mathematician and global influencer Anand Kumar from Bihar. He helps 30 plus students every year to crack the IIT entrance exams. Hrithik Roshan plays the role of Anand Kumar in the film.
Super 30 crossed the Rs 125 crore nett mark after its third weekend as it earned over Rs 12 crore nett in its third weekend. The film is steady at the box office with approximately 50% drop from last week. Hrithik Roshan starrer will beat the business of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt's Gully Boy as it is doing well in metropolitan cities because of tax exemption.
Super 30 is facing tough competition from Disney's live action film The Lion King and Kangna Ranaut, Rajkummar Rao starrer Judgementall Hai Kya. However, the target audience is different so it should not be a problem. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl.
