Jacqueline Fernandez opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's next?
Speculations are rife about Ranveer Singh teaming up again with Rohit Shetty, after the super success of Simmba. This time the filmmaker is reportedly planning to remake Angoor - a classic hit comedy which will see Ranveer Singh slip into Sanjeev Kumar's shoes and play a double role.
While this news is exciting enough, we hear from our sources that Rohit Shetty is planning to rope in Jacqueline Fernandez opposite Ranveer for the remake. Jacqueline has done several comedies in the past including the Housefull series and Judwaa 2. Ranveer Singh is a versatile actor and his comic timing is on fleek. Now it will be interesting to watch these two actors together for the first time.
While the makers have not confirmed anything, buzz is that Rohit Shetty has worked on the script to give it a modern touch. Just the way he turned Golmaal into Bol Bachchan. Ranveer Singh, in the meanwhile, is awaiting the release of his two films, '83 and Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Now that the theatres have reopened, the release date should be announced soon.
