Chandu Champion box office collection Day 3: The Kabir Khan directed sports drama earned in double digits on its first Sunday.
Kabir Khan's latest biographical sports drama, Chandu Champion, gained momentum on its first Sunday (June 16) after a slow start at the box office on Friday, June 14. The film, starring Kartik Aaryan in the lead role, saw a growth of almost 40 per cent from Saturday (June 15) and earned Rs 10 crore on Sunday.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Chandu Champion's total box office collection after three days of its release is Rs 21.75 crore. The film opened at the ticket counters on June 14 with earnings of Rs 4.75 crore. On the following Saturday, it collected Rs 7 crore. The film had an overall 32.47 per cent occupancy in Hindi on Sunday, with the highest attendance during the evening shows.
